This fun and full uf character dress is dedicated to jazz singer Billie Holiday (real name Eleanora Fragan) . She was a jazz singer and song writer in 1930s and 1940s and her especially beautiful voice and style of singing became a new standard for the jazz music at a time.

The dress is made of handprinted linen fabric and is wearable with or without special belt with a ruffle. Tho this dress is designed for more for warmer seasons, you can wear it during the colder seasons as well, because linen and tights underneeth work good together  and also you can put some long sleeved top under, and wear it all year lonh
