Fun and Special Black Satin Cotton dress with Bright Handprinted Lāčplēsene Pattern and Statement Ruffle -Billie Holiday

This fun and full uf character dress is dedicated to jazz singer Billie Holiday (real name Eleanora Fragan) . She was a jazz singer and song writer in 1930s and 1940s and her especially beautiful voice and style of singing became a new standard for the jazz music at a time.

The dress is made of handprinted satin cotton fabric and is wearable with or without special belt with a ruffle. This dress is more for warmer seasons as the cotton fabric doesn't play well with tights (it sticks to it) but regardless, you can but some long sleeved top under, if the weather is not perfectly summery.
